Below are some examples of where we rendered a national chain restaurant tenant (Chipotle on the left and Chili’s on the right) on top of a drone photograph. In its original state, the drone photograph, for both of these examples, showed this area as either empty land or a site being prepped for construction. Producing a rendering this way helps our clients present the property in its true context, showing things like neighboring tenants, pylon signage, access points, vehicular traffic, signalized intersections, and much more.
